Snoqualmie Valley Garden Club
As a 501c3, SVGC’s mission is to inform, educate, and inspire our members and the community in the art, science, and joy of gardening, while fostering a commitment to environmental stewardship.
Tues., August 12th - 6:30-8:30pm
Come take a casual stroll with us through the garden as we chat about growing fruits and berries with Randy Young.
Randy’s an enthusiastic self-taught fruit grower with a special love for the more unusual fruits and berries you don’t see every day. He'll share his methods, successes and failures.
This isn’t a class—it’s a casual stroll through the garden with plenty of room for questions and conversation. It’s just the two of us keeping things growing around here, so expect weeds. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and let’s chat about Fruits & Berries!
We hope you will consider opening your garden and sharing your plant passions. Don't be afraid.... We'll go first.
Leola (for Randy Young)
(Check your August newsletter for the address)
We will be collecting non-perishable donations for the food bank in thanks to the Youngs for opening up their garden. In addition, Leola is looking for 1 gallon or larger nursery pots if you have them to spare.

Many thanks …
… to everyone who stopped by the hydrangea sale to show their support. It was a huge success!
We’re also excited to welcome seven new members who joined during the event. We’re so glad you’re here.
A big shoutout to Jeff Warren State Farm for generously providing us with such a great spot in Downtown Snoqualmie. It made all the difference.
